In Memory of Wayne Powell

WA PCDA offers our condolences on the passing of Wayne Powell who died on Friday, January 13th at the age of 89. Wayne is the father of Roy Powell, current president/owner of Wayne Powell Painting and current President of the Inland Empire Chapter of PDCA. Wayne was the founder of Wayne Powell Painting and a Past President of Washington State Council of PDCA.
