In Memory of Wayne Powell

WA PCDA offers our condolences on the passing of   Wayne Powell who died on Friday, January 13^th at the age of 89.  Wayne is the father of Roy Powell,  current president/owner of Wayne Powell Painting and current President of the Inland Empire Chapter of PDCA. Wayne was the founder of Wayne Powell Painting and a Past President of Washington State Council of PDCA.
